Systems Practice

Systems thinking is a skill which can be applied to any research or strategy task as it uncovers the interconnections of the elements within a system(s) that can help you achieve your desired social purpose.

We bring together systems thinking tools and participatory facilitation methods to help our partners better understand the complexity of the systems they are trying to change and then co-create high leverage interventions.

Depending on the challenge and context, we offer a range of other systems thinking tools, such as 3 Horizons mapping, Multi-Level Perspective (MLP), 2 Loop Model and systems archetypes amongst others. We implement these tools in one-off introductory workshops or as part of longer systems change processes.
