Systems Analysis
We apply a mixed-methods systems analysis to uncover the interconnections and patterns that shape complex social and environmental challenges. This powerful approach offers broad and deep insight into the nuanced dynamics of the nested systems which create the conditions for the emergence of those challenges.

We combine systems thinking tools with participatory facilitation to co-create a shared understanding of the behaviour of a system that is grounded in each unique context. Depending on the challenge, these can take the form of causal loop diagrams, stakeholder and network maps, collaborative sensemaking and systems thinking capacity building.

We draw on various systems thinking frameworks, such as Systems Practice by Omidyar, 3 Horizons Model, Multi-Level Perspective and systems archetypes, to inform our process.

Many of the systems projects we develop are confidential, but we are excited to share a few examples below.
